‘We couldn’t find anyone who understood anything about mesothelioma until we came here’

‘We planned our whole calendar around these meetings – Jack didn’t want to miss a single one’

People with asbestos-related conditions, their carers, family members & friends are most welcome at our informal meetings.

You can chat to people in a similar situation, and/or have private, confidential discussions with our professionals, who all have specialised knowledge of asbestos-related diseases.

At every meeting we offer information and advice regarding:

  • Healthcare
  • Support services for families & carers
  • State benefits advice, including help with filling in forms
  • Legal advice on asbestos-related claims from members of a panel of experienced lawyers
  • Bereavement support
  • Educational events
  • Invited speakers
  • Plenty of tea and biscuits always available…

Meetings are split into two halves:

First half: Caring
